    • Products and vendor costs are charged additional to Get WED service/package fees 

    • Travel costs outside of the package specifications are charged at the standard NZ government rate of 73 cents per km.

    • All advertised costs are Ex Gst (GST is applied to all invoices at the standard NZ rate of 15%)

    • A non refundable deposit of 50% of your service/package purchase price is payable upon conformation of engagement in writing or upon signing our contract of engagement 

    • Get WED takes no responsibility for circumstances out of our control such as force majeure (e.g. weather, "no shows", cancellations)

    • Get WED takes no responsibility for lost of stolen items 

    • Get WED takes no responsibility for damages 

    • Should there be contracts from vendors it is the clients responsibility to read, understand and take responsibility for the terms and conditions in this contract, Get WED is a separate entity to all outsourced vendors and will take no liability for any broken terms and conditions within these contracts

    • Get WED will endeavour to give the best advice on all legal contracts but we are not a legal entity and therefore are not qualified to give legal advice, should you require legal advice please seek legal understanding from a qualified solicitor.
